Todd Melloh-Life Coach

God has uniquely designed Todd to use his strengths of encouragement, boldness, persuasion, creativity, confidence, and leadership to teach, coach and mentor others through a creative, unique, fun and spontaneous environment. 

Purposefully, Todd takes risks relationally by sharing his story through transparent conversations helping to transform his clients, many of whom are suffering from a lack of direction, depression, anxiety, apprehension and tension in a selfish, self-centered, and self-absorbed world. Todd knows this lifestyle all too well as he lived this broken life style most of the first 29 years of his life.

However, for the last 24 years, Todd has chosen others over self. He has dedicated his life to serve, teach, mentor and invest in the lives of others. This is Todd’s purpose in life.

Todd is a graduate of Butler University and has had a unique career path, including an 8-year stint with the Indianapolis Colts, an NFL Agent, the architect of the “Barefoot Basketball Coaching Campaign” with Samaritan’s Feet that raised millions of dollars and shoes to help impoverished children throughout the world. In 2013, Todd founded Beyond This and GameDay Coffee, which works with the largest law firm in the country, focusing on helping parents get better connected with their children.

Todd strategically invests in people through authentic conversations and acts of service. He implemented the Beyond This assessment as an effective method to honestly and scientifically capture and measure how his unique life mentoring methods are working. Todd believes mentoring is time spent building ongoing trust through sharing life experiences, feelings and struggles. 

He serves people every day modeling compassion. Every year he invests thousands of hours encouraging, teaching, mentoring and coaching others.  Todd’s unique skill set helps people refuse misrepresentations and manipulation of the facts. His mentoring methods help his mentees to refuse to believe the lie that they are stuck in their current situation forever. He encourages them to choose to learn from their mistakes, helping to transform their character to work, relate and live in the community around them. Todd helps them fight through turbulence while growing in their relationships with God, other people and themselves. Todd has a unique ability to help his clients no longer allow their circumstances to define them. They historically choose to serve and lead themselves and others with gratitude to influence the world around them.

Todd has been a successful student and adult life mentor for many years serving as a teacher in the classroom and his Beyond This vision has now expanded into FaithPrep Academy, Cathedral High School, Columbus Christian High School, Westfield High School, Greenwood Christian Academy and South Baldwin Christian Academy in Gulf Shores, Alabama.
